Is there a deadline to apply to the school?
No, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School (IHM) offers rolling admissions. We recommend that you submit your application early to ensure that your child has a place in his or her class.
Must my child(ren) participate in screening process before admittance into the K-8 School Program?
Yes. IHM will arrange a convenient time for applicants to be assessed.
Does IHM offer a Before & After School Program?
Yes. Students can register to attend IHM’s Before School Care from 6:45 to 7:45 AM and After School Care from 3:15 to 6:00 PM.
What is the makeup of the IHM student population?
IHM is a private school that embraces the diversity of our local area in both ethnicity and religious affiliation. In this spirit, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, or any other characteristics.
Does IHM offer tuition assistance?
Yes. Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School offers need-based tuition assistance and assistance is awarded solely on a family's financial need. IHM Catholic School uses a third party (FACTS) to evaluate the need level of each family. Parents apply online by clicking on the Financial Assistance - FACTS Family Portal link to apply. The application period is January through March 31, for the upcoming school year.
Does applying for tuition assistance influence the admission decision?
No. IHM accepts students based on academic merit, teacher evaluations, and screening results. Tuition Assistance Applications are reviewed independently of the admission process.
Can I pay my tuition in installments?
Yes. IHM offers three different payment plans: a one-time payment, a two-time payment, or a monthly automated draft. IHM also offers a tuition discount to families with multiple children.
