The Admissions Process

If you haven’t already, the first step is to visit IHM School in person. Taking a tour is the best way to experience our vibrant campus and learn more about our academic programs, extracurricular activities, and community values. Our admissions team will be happy to provide you with a tour and answer any questions you might have about enrollment or our school culture.

All students applying for Pre-K must be 4 years old by August 31 
All students applying for kindergarten must be 5 years old by August 31

Complete the Online Application forms listed in the left menu, beginning with the Applicant Information form. 
 

Upload documents as required:  

• Copy of applicant's birth certificate with the state seal
• Copy of baptismal certificate, if applicable
• Current/ Previous report card
• Standardized Test Scores
• Educational/Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results (IEP, 504), if applicable 

Applications won't be reviewed by the Admissions Committee until ALL the required documents and information have been submitted with the application packet or to the Admissions Office. 
 

After you’ve gathered all the necessary information and are ready to take the next step, submit your completed application form to officially apply to IHM School. Along with your application, a non-refundable application fee of $200 is required to process your submission. This fee helps us review your application and secure your spot in the admissions process. 

Once your student's application packet and assessment results are submitted, our Admissions Committee will carefully review everything to determine if Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School is the right fit for your child. We take into account academic performance, character, and the overall needs of each student to ensure a successful and fulfilling experience at IHM. This thoughtful process helps us ensure that every student is supported in reaching their fullest potential.

After the committee has reviewed your student’s application and assessment results, you will be notified of the decision by our Admissions Office. Whether your child has been accepted, waitlisted, or not selected, we will communicate the outcome as soon as possible and provide you with next steps.

Applicants who are admitted to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School will receive an official acceptance email. This email will contain detailed instructions for completing your child’s online enrollment packet, as well as information on setting up a tuition payment agreement.

We operate on a rolling admissions basis, so applications are reviewed continuously throughout the year. However, please note that once a class is filled, any remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list until a spot becomes available.
