Is there a deadline to apply to the school?
No, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School (IHM) offers rolling admissions. We recommend that you submit your application early to ensure that your child has a place in his or her class.
Must my child(ren) participate in screening process before admittance into the K-8 School Program?
Yes. IHM will arrange a convenient time for applicants to be assessed.
Does IHM offer a Before & After School Program?
Yes. Students can register to attend IHM’s Before School Care from 6:45 to 7:45 AM and After School Care from 3:15 to 6:00 PM.
What is the makeup of the IHM student population?
IHM embraces the diversity of our local area in both ethnicity and religious affiliation. In this spirit, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, or any other characteristics.
Does IHM offer tuition assistance?
Yes. IHM offers need-based tuition assistance. Financial Aid is awarded solely on a family's financial need. Private School Aid Service applications are available starting January for the upcoming school year.
Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School uses a third party (Private School Aid Service ) to evaluate the need level of each family. Parents can pick up the application at the school office or by clicking this PSAS link. The application and required documentation should be mailed directly to Private School Aid Service. Does applying for tuition assistance influence the admission decision?
No. IHM accepts students based on academic merit, teacher evaluations, and screening results. Tuition Assistance Applications are reviewed independently of the admission process.
Can I pay my tuition in installments?
Yes. IHM offers three different payment plans: a one-time payment, a two-time payment, or a monthly automated draft. IHM also offers a tuition discount to families with multiple children.
